Privacy Policy

Saint Salts is a brand of Veleon Group LLC, 2093 Philadelphia Pike #2638, Claymont, DE 19703 (“we,” “us,” “our”). This policy describes what information we collect through our websites, landing pages, and other online properties we control (including the landing page reached by scanning the QR code on our product packaging), how we use it, and the choices you have. 1. Information We Collect

The information you provide to us directly is:

• Email address, when you join The Circle from any of our pages that offer sign-up (including our website, our promotion landing pages, and the product QR landing page).
• Mobile phone number, if you choose to opt in to our text-message (SMS) program from a sign-up form that offers it. Providing your number is optional and is never required to join The Circle by email, enter a promotion, or make a purchase.
• Email address, when you request a batch Certificate of Analysis (COA). We use it to send you the requested document. A COA request does not add you to our marketing list unless you separately choose to join The Circle.
• Date of birth, if you choose to give it to us so we can mark your birthday. Providing it is optional and is never required to join The Circle, enter a promotion, or make a purchase. We use it only to send you a birthday message and offer.
• Public social media handle and the content of your public comment, if you enter one of our promotions on Instagram or TikTok (this information is already public on those platforms; we record it to administer the promotion).
• Full name, email address, shipping address, and age confirmation, only if you win a prize and provide them to claim it. Joining The Circle is optional and is not required to enter or win our promotions.

We do not collect payment information on this site. Purchases are processed by the retailer (e.g., Amazon) under its own privacy policy.

2. Cookies, Analytics, and Do Not Track

Our websites and landing pages may use cookies and similar technologies for basic site functionality and analytics. When we run advertising campaigns, third-party advertising partners (such as Meta or TikTok) may place cookies or pixels on our site that collect information about your activity over time and across different websites, under those partners’ own privacy policies. You can limit this collection through your browser settings, the opt-out tools those partners provide, and the Digital Advertising Alliance’s opt-out tool at optout.aboutads.info.

Do Not Track: because there is not yet a uniform industry standard for responding to “Do Not Track” browser signals, our website does not currently respond to them. We will update this policy if that changes.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To administer promotions: verify entries, determine winners and alternates, deliver prizes, and maintain the promotion’s audit records.
• To deliver documents you request, such as batch Certificates of Analysis.
• To send you email communications (product news, launch notices, offers). You can unsubscribe at any time via the link included in every email; we honor unsubscribe requests within 10 business days. Unsubscribing stops marketing emails; we may still contact you about a prize you won, a request you made, or changes to this policy.
• To send you text messages (SMS), if you have opted in — recurring automated marketing messages such as new drops, restocks, offers, and early access. Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, or reply HELP for help.
• To send you a birthday message and offer, if you have given us your date of birth.
• To comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.

4. Who We Share It With

We share personal information only with the following categories of recipients: service providers who process it on our instructions — our email marketing platform (Klaviyo), our website hosting and analytics providers, and shipping carriers (to deliver prizes) — and, where applicable, the advertising platforms described in Section 2 in connection with campaigns we run. We may also disclose information to professional advisors or public authorities where required by law.

We do not sell your personal information for monetary consideration. If we run advertising campaigns, our advertising partners’ cookies and pixels may collect information that some state laws treat as “sharing” for targeted advertising; you can limit this through the tools described in Section 2.

Your text-message (SMS) opt-in and consent — including your mobile number — are never shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes. We share this information only with the service providers that help us deliver the messages you asked for, such as our messaging platform (Klaviyo) and the mobile carriers that transmit them.

If our business or substantially all of our assets are acquired or reorganized, personal information may be transferred to the successor entity, which must honor this policy or notify you of any changes.

If you win one of our promotions and accept a prize, we may disclose your first name, last initial, and state of residence to those who request the promotion’s winners list, and may use your information for the publicity purposes described in that promotion’s Official Rules.

5. How Long We Keep It

• Promotion records (entries, winner verification, shipping details): retained for at least one (1) year after the end of the applicable promotion to preserve the promotion’s audit trail, then deleted or anonymized within a reasonable period.
• Email address: for as long as you remain subscribed (or, for one-time requests such as a COA, for as long as needed to fulfill the request). After you unsubscribe, we suppress your address from marketing sends and retain only the minimal record needed to honor your opt-out.
• Mobile phone number: for as long as you remain opted in to our SMS program. After you opt out, we retain only the minimal record needed to honor your opt-out.
• Date of birth: for as long as you remain subscribed, or until you ask us to remove it.

6. Security and Where We Process Your Information

We use technical, organizational, and physical safeguards designed to protect the personal information we collect. However, security risk is inherent in all internet technologies and we cannot guarantee the security of your personal information. We are a U.S. company; your information is processed and stored in the United States.

7. Your Choices and Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by emailing support@saintsalts.com. We honor these requests where feasible and consistent with our legal and record-keeping obligations, regardless of where you live, generally within 45 days.

Based on our current size and activities, Veleon Group LLC does not meet the applicability thresholds of the California Consumer Privacy Act (as amended) or comparable state consumer privacy laws. If that changes, we will update this policy and honor the rights those laws provide.

Nevada residents: we do not sell “covered information” as defined in Nevada law. If you are a Nevada resident, you may nonetheless submit a verified request directing us not to sell your covered information by emailing support@saintsalts.com (our designated request address). We will respond within 60 days.

8. Children

Our website, promotions, and communications are directed to adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us information, contact us at support@saintsalts.com and we will delete it.

9. Changes to This Policy

We will post any changes to this policy on this page with a new effective date. If a change is material, we will also announce it by email to subscribers before it takes effect.
